    Wild skins, Hvar

    Wild Skins is a blend of three varieties found on the island of Hvar - Kuć, Bogdanuša and Pošip. Each variety was fermented with natural yeast and kept on skins for up to a month to bring out all the flavour and structure of the varieties. Left sur lie for 9 months with regular battonage. Sulphur only added before bottling. Minimal filtration and stabilisation treatments were used and a sediment may form in the bottle.
