    This Pošip is made from closely planted vines on the south side of Hvar. The vineyard is picked in three parcels to retain acidity and gain complexity of flavour. Zesty limes sit alongside peach and finally pineapple notes from the ripest fruit. The wine has been keep sur lie for 9 months with regular battonage to add texture. Minimal filtration and stabilisation treatments were used and a sediment may form in the bottle.
